Warning: Don't rent at Carrington Park if you have a family! Management is extremely inconsidering and uncaring. We moved here from another state and I thought we found the perfect apartment. Things were OK for about four months and things went to hell -- fast. They are totally unconsiderate about children. They are anti-family. They ended up telling us that if we wanted a family friendly place, we should move to another complex. I have been a landlord and I would never tell or treat a tenant like that. There is no place for your children to play, and management won't let your children sit on the stairs outside the complex -- even if they play quietly. We ended up having to move. I regret the day we found Carrington Park. And yes, they have huge outdoor roaches there that come inside. The manager tried to tell me they were waterbugs, but they are as long as your thumb and fat as three fingers. They constantly had to spray the apartment. We had roaches come inside several times a week inside our ground floor, three-bedroom apartment. KIDS CARR PK = NO.
