I have lived at Fieldstone for 2 years now. The apartment is nice size and the staff have always been friendly. They have done an upgrade of the grounds and it looks really good. There is very little noise apart from children playing in the parking lot and dogs barking, but not that bad.

The BBQ area and pool are great. The gym is small but well looked after.

The only problem I have had was with a couple who lived downstairs who constantly complained about our 'heavy' walking. While the complaint was lodged it was quickly resolved by the office staff. The floor boards make some small noise in the kithen when you walk on them.

I have never had any experiences with roaches or any other bugs as the apartments are kept clean.

The only reason I am leaving is because I want to live closer to the city. The only downfall is if you are young there are not many clubs and bars in the area but it's a great place if you like the peace and quiet and have children this is the place to be. Shops are nearby and the C-tran stops right out front.
