If you want management that barely exists at all, crappy maintenance, ant problems, 5 to 10 people living in every one-bedroom apartment in the place, a giant smelly dump of a trash area, an average of a dozen evictions per month going on around you, 'breed restrictions' that aren't enforced at all (i.e. a pitbull on every porch)... then have I got a place for you! They have no drop box for rent, and the office hours SUCK. I guess they assume (probably correctly) that the people living here aren't actually employed and therefore don't need to worry about being able to drop their rent off after hours. The on-site laundry facility is a JOKE. This is a 450 unit complex, and they have one disgusting building with about 4 washers and 4 dryers, and the place is usually littered with trash and wreaks of urine. Things were marginally bad when I moved in here, I've stuck around hoping that through management changes, the situation(s) would improve, but it's gotten exponentially worse. The day they sent out a 'memo' saying they were going to start requiring payment of rent only in form of a money order, I started shopping around. I can't WAIT for my lease to be up!!!

You never lied. I moved to the Villas from hell in November. Constant drama to say the least. However, I only signed a 6 month lease so by summer I can relocate but damn. I've had two floods in 1 week (only lived here a week). I had to curse out the management team. The dope boys have decided to park a car in front of my house to do their transactions. Come on this is unacceptable. Management had the nerve to question whether my estranged husband lives with me because he told them he pays the bills and wants to know when the repairs will be made. I actually had to tell these folks its none of their business who I sleep with or pays my bills because I work and keep to myself. Off the chain is not even a suitable description. Oh and let me not forget the leasing agent Raquel suggested that my husband was a FELON and that is why I don't have him on my lease. Hey if that were the case he'd probably get along well with some of my neighbors. This place is off the hook. ****Disclaimer****** My neighbors are really cool and are keeping to themselves (Thank God)
