The problem is.....

The problem with this apartment complex is management! I have never seen such an incompetant property manager in all my life. I work for the airlines and have to move frequently. As a result I have had the oppurtunity to live in many different apartment dwellings throughout the country and abroad. I must say the level of unprofessionalism that has been displayed since I moved in here is outstanding. Now let me preface this by saying, those indiviuals who run interference for the property manager are to be commended. The leasing agent that moved me in was phenomenal! His positive attitude and the sense of urgency with which he attended to my buisness was what sold me on this development. Since taking up residency here I have yet to be able to even speak with the property manager about the numerous issues and problems that have arisen with my apartment. For instance, roaches!!!!!!!!!! The roaches in this place are worse than New York! After speaking with other tenants I have found that not only is my entire unit infested, but most of the units are infested. The children, children are a wonderful gift from God and should be treated as such, but I who have no children should not be subjected to hearing their banter and confusion constatntly or being practically run over by them fighting outside. Also, nothing ever gets fixed! My air conditioning went out and in Atlanta that can spell death to someone with my physical ailements, but despite numerous calls, visits, and work orders being placed, I still have no air! And again throughout this entire ordeal I, a paying resident, have not had the honor of speaking with the property manager. Instead every attempt is thwarted by either her lack of attendance to work, or some cockamamy story that the leasing agent is forced to come up with because she refuses to come out of her office. Oh, let me not forget the assistant manager who constantly tells me that my issues are matters to discuss with the actual manager and he can not (will not) help me. I am tired of paying money to live in squaller and be ducked and dodged by management. Needless to say I am currently looking to break my lease and take my buisness elsewhere. My advice to any would be tenants, KEEP LOOKING!
