I'm among the veteran residents there. This place has become more and more terrible. Downward transformation from a nice community into a raggedy one.

Noise problems resulting in 911 calls. Trash left in breeze ways. Totally inconsiderate folks playing basketball on the floor atop of your apartment or teens bouncing balls out your windows in the middle of the night. Ignorant folks hanging swimsuits/wet towels dripping down your porch (despite the lease agreement clearly prohibits such action). Unresponsive staff (lip service), staff/managers with careless attitude, too many escalations to regional manager and corporate office. One BBB complaint. One position demoted.

Dog droppings everywhere.... For the last 3 months, I've seen at least 2 cases in which furniture got evicted onto parking spaces, remaining there for at least 3-5 days. What a ruin and an ugly sight! The security gate is nothing but a joke. At least 4-5 cars can get in by tailgating a leading vehicle with access. That's not very safe. Car wash port is in ruin and not operating. Management has really ghettoized the place by consistently placing a placard screaming "Eviction crew on premise" virtually every month. For the money people pay to live here, that sign is just stupid! It takes away some respect I have for some tenants. I don't feel like it's safe to live here as much as it used to be.

Still haven't moved since I hate moving! Might be my last year here, though.
