Just like everyone else when I came to this community it looked good and the prices were all good too. I didnt mind the kids playing during the day that much either. But everytime you turn around someone house is getting broken into by someone kid. Also whenever I called for maintance they came and did a temporary fix. My problem would be solved for that day and that day only. I would have to keep calling. They have the worst insect problem. There is a hole at the bottom of the doors which allows insect to crawl righ in and make themselves at home and maintance does nothing about it. Also the kids that come out at night are awful, loud and distructive. They turn off the power to the buildings and cut cable cords. I talked to the leasing office and all they say is that this is not there responsibility. Dont try to refer a friend either. My friend refered me to the apartments and she was supposed to get $400 but she didnt. They told her that someone else got the check, which was in her name and cashed it and this was nothing that they could do about it. Pizza Hut will not deliver to the complex!!!! On the other hand the apartment is a good size. It is time for some upgrades. They make it look like its in good shape when you get there but as soon as you sign your name on the dotted line stuff starts to fall apart and they will not FIX it. These apartments are for those who just do care how or where they live.

Well, at first the bad part was just outside, I mean like the break- ins the kids roaming and everything you said. I must say before the new management police patrolled more otfen made you feel safe, the grounds were nice weekdays and by every Monday mornings lol, maintenance came to fix things quick as the same day or the next. Now, it seem like the break ins and drama has slowed right along with the response to repairs. They still look nice but the grounds are not like they were last year. But Pizza hut does deliver here as well all the other places I've called. Oh the kids outside are a bad influence!!!!
