I lived here a year and it was the worst year of my life. where to start. the office. Melissa, the "manager" is rude and unprofessional. Crysel, the "asst manager" has no idea what to do she just listens to Melissa. makes them both rude and unprofessional. The other lady is very noice and will help you but she seems to be in fear of Melissa. Maintenance is non existent. the grass, trees and shrubs look like a 10 year old is cutting the grass. Didn't always used to be this way.
The apts...supoosedly got renovated WHATEVER...still the place has no real air conditioning and the apartments are VERY small.
There are car break ins just about every week and cars get stolen all of the time. There was a cop living here when I got here but I never see her..shows how good the manager is at keeping up with the place.
Oh, and to top it off there is a child molester lving here...check for yourself on the internet it is public recotrd. They let him in so what other kind of criminals are here.
oh yeah and you will NEVER get your deposit back. Melissa charged me for drip pans and light bulbs. That is how petty this place is...
This place is bad news all around. There are newer, nicer places not too far so rent there you will be sorry if you rent at Southlake Cove
