Southlake thus far has been a great place for me to live, and if you just need a one bedroom apt, it is great. If you need something bigger, you might want to look elswere. AC is so cold I have to get up and turn it down. The only thing I don't like, is the maintenance people are very rude. Therefore, don't talk to them, just go to the office to get what you need. I did have a lot of ants in the apartment and in my car, but the office sent an exterminator which took care of about 90% of the problem. Overall, this is a good place to stay for under a year.
