Southlake Cove

i love it here and hate to have to move.decided to write a review because i have to move from here and came on this site looking for an apt in Marietta. i am a 52 year old single female so safety was an issue. the pros-no one up or down. firewalls keep noise to a minimum. only rent and power (all electric).Ilove it here. it is quiet. not many children. grounds kept very well unless i am nuts or blind. management -marilyn- always very nice. maintenance prompt enough. maybe it is just the building that i picked or maybe the negative reviewers are used to something else, i don't know. i have no reason to lie or exaggerate. i have been her for 3 years. maybe i had ants once. can't remember. they spray every thurs if you call. washer/dryer hook up, attic, storage room in apt, garbage disp. and dishwasher. my rent is more than reasonable. i am only choosing to be anonymous because the other options are your email address. older complex you get what you pay for no stairs to climb.
