It's like walkking into the twilight zone. To get repairs done you have to tell the perosnnel in the management office 3-4 times before they respond and they do not track work orders for repairs to your apartment.

I recently had flooding in my apartment due to the washing machine and all they did was come over with a wet and dry vac after I had called repeatedly during the week. They did not check the washer to see if it was broken and two weeks later I still don't know if I can use the washer.

This is standard procedure for them everytime you go over there is and talk to smeone they act like they have heard abot the problem before.
