I have been here for 6 months, and when I had the walk through of the community and the "model" apartment it was all beautiful..that was so wrong!!! and misleading. I was showed a apartment with new appliances, and my appliances are probably 20 years old!! The management is awful, anything you need fixed, doesn't get fixed..you go up there to tell you need to get something fixed, they write it down on a yellow sticky note..that you know they will lose or throw away once you leave! that is so unprofessional!! Let me tell you, my first full month rent payment..they lost it!!! and sent me an eviction notice..and umm yea the gates haven't worked in nearly 2 months, just yesterday they stringed some buckets on the entrance get with pieces of paper telling people to use the exit gate!! I need you to drop my rent if your going to advertise a gated community and the gates never work! I just wish they would get their act together, I pay good money every month for a safe place to live that is kept together and I am dissatisfied just like a lot of other people in the past. I do not rec commend this community at all.

I agree and I have lived here for about 6 yrs. The gates work approx 30 days a year if that and that is being genreous. The courtesy officer they advertise on their monthly newsletter is a joke - they instruct you to contact police which is also a joke. Grounds maintenance is substandard as well as lighting throughout the complex. Forget a quick response to maintenace or infestation issues withing your apartment. I find that Valerie (asst mgr) is the best one to talk with for any issues you might have and forget about going to Ventron the (Tara Bridge Mgmt/Owner) they are nothing better than slum lords. Good luck getting an actual person on the phone and they tend to ignore emails unless they think they are going to be complained about with BBB or be sued. They have had several lawsuits against them here and in Florida. YOur best bet is to contact the Better Business Bureau in Georgia.
