I have been here since 03/2008. So far I have no complaints. When I call the office and need something fixed its usually done in 24-48 hours. I have had any pest problems and if you do have pest problems mgmt does offer pest control. When I came to see the apartments at first I wasnt sure about them. The apartment that I was shown was on the lower level and the inside did not look good at all. When I moved in my apartment looked much better than the rental. Tara Bridge has a 2nd chance program. I think they are pretty nice compared to other 2nd chance communities. Now my only complaint would be the TINY washer and dryer but it beats going to the laundromat. My lease is up in 03/2009 and I am considering resigning.
