My apartment flooded several times from the apartment above me. They try to be cheap and not remove the padding and just treat the carpet.When asked for a new apartment and moving expenses they acted like I did not have to move. They did give me another apartment, but The Maintenance is still a joke!!! You wait a few weeks if they even come at all to fix problems. When they do come they don't fix properly and you have to call them out over and over again. My toilets are constantly running (in this apt and when in my first apt here), invaded by spiders and ants (in old and new apt). It is loud and there have been a lot of break-ins to apts and cars.
