I currently live at Tara Bridge & have lived there so several years. Anyone that is satisfied with this place in it's current condition, can't have any standards!! It use to be a nice, clean, & safe family environment. Now, there's trash around the grounds. There are broken steps on some buildings. It actually took them a couple months to repair a broken window. There is no concern for resident safety. We use to have a police presence to discourage illegal activity, but that wasn't cost effective. There used to be community watch, but Ventron ran off the best manager in the company. Now, under current management, there have been shootings on property as recent as this weekend & it is more than apparent that there is drug activity on the premises. How much sense does it make that management is willing to give a credit to anyone that reports & proves someone is guilty of littering, but you don't even acknowledge the vandelism to the security gate. Jonesboro is not a bad place to live, you have some bad elements within it. Tara Bridge has a lot of potential, but it needs someone with a heart & character to nurture it. Unfortunately, the current manager Kippie Johnson & her sidekick Candice don't posses either.

You must don't care to much since you still there if you have a problem wont u do something about it like MOVE.
