BEWARE!!!
My bossed informed me about this website. I thought that I was the only one who felt this way. When I moved here in 2001 rent was $720, now it's $660 if that tells you anything.

There were several car washes on property back then. Now there's only one with a waterhose with so many holes in it, it's more like a sprinkler than a waterhose, you get a lot more water on you than your car gets.

Management sent letters out in both June and July of this year warning about gunshots on the property and about units being burglarized. There have also been at least two cases of residents being shot in recent years. On one of the occasions, I was awakened at about 3:00 AM to the sound of gunshots outside my window. This was the one when the guy was shot in the building behind mine.

English is a second language here. In my immediate areas there are many residents with at least THREE Adults and many children living in ONE - Two Bedroom apartment. There is NEVER anywhere to park due to all of the Adults living in ONE - TWO bedroom apartment and ALL of them have at least one car.

Forget going to the pool or using the amenites too. While they advertise a fitness room, the equipment is old and in bad repair. There are three pools on the property, but at least two of them are frequently closed.

Animals are allowed to roam the complex too, and when you call the office you're advised to call animal control or to find out what apartment the animal is in. You get the same response when you report loud music too, find out who it is and then they'll address it.

In the four years that I've been here, I've yet to have a maintenance request addressed with one phone call. I routinely have to follow-up with many calls to have maintenance issues addressed.

The tenants in the unit adjoining mine moved and was vacant for several months. One day I heard beating going on in the apartment after 9:00 PM. When I went over to ask the person to stop I was told he would need another 15 minutes. No fun, when you have an infant that is only four months old that you just put to bed. This went on for a few days including early on a Sunday Morning. (like at 7AM)

The guy told me the unit had termites. When I contacted the office I was told that there were only termites in that ONE unit, and that my apartment was not affected, even though we shared a wall. YEAH RIGHT!!!

All in all this apartment was nice when I moved over here but it's bad news now. They will allow anyone with the money to move in, and that's not always good.

I agree 100 percent. The managment staff and maintance staff take to long to address any issues. The price is great and the space is great. But end the end a peace of mind is better. I agree with the animals running wild. There are always cats on my porch or stairs and I live in an upstairs apartment. The landscape is more maintain then my apartment. Parking is okay but sometimes my neighbor might take up two spaces because of them not knowing how to park. For the most part the neighbor I have a pretty quiet and stay to themselves. I agree about the fitness center and washroom, they never work or are not working now. I have had problem with managment since I moved in her. From them telling me that I am being too picky because I did not want the first apartment they showed me. This apartment was tore up and needed much repair. They claimed to have done the repair when it was time for me to move in but I did not think so and told them I wanted a different one. While I was in the leasing office and staff memeber was talking about how nothing was wrong and I was being picky not knowing that I was in the office. I told them that I was not being picky and I wanted my money back and will go elsewhere. Their attitudes chaneged after that. I should have been more picky and moved somewhere else.

I finally got out of there. It's really sad because when the units are repaired, they are some decent apartments. I think that the apathetic and at times condesending staff are a large part of the problem. They are only concerned with meeting their bonuses and will lease to ANYONE!!!

this is funny because here it is 2009 and all the water hoses for the car wash is still broken and they will not fix it. there is mold/mildew in the wash/ work out room.
