Don't waster your time nor money. I moved to Tara Court in 2000 and stayed until 2003 I first had a 2 bedroom 1 bath in phase 1 one night I thought I was dreaming I heard about 4 gun shots and jumped and ran into my baby's room to make sure he was alright and when i got into his room I looked out of the window and seen 3 men on the 3 floor of the building in front of me throw a man over the banster and steady shooting as he was falling. When the man got to the bottom they ran down the steps and was still shooting this man. I called 911 and they arrived but the man was dead and the guys got away. I asked the rent office about it the next day and they told me it did not happen. So I asked to be moved and was the following week into a 2 bedroom 2 bath and it was fine at first then all of a sutton I started having maintenance issues that were never addressed and it was with the tub in my baby's room not holding water and running through my apt. Then you couldn't was dishes because the sink was stopped up for 6 months and I started paying half rent since I had to get someone to fix these things. I would work at night and let my mother come keep my baby when I got off and headed home 1 night got in front of the cemetary and some guys tried to take my vehicle by drawing down on me with a gun and I ran over 1 and called the police from my cell and then I arrived home and ended up seeing a woman and man (junkies) laying on the steps naked smoking crack. I started packing my things that night and moved that morning to a nicer spot. I still have Tara Court on my credit report and they are still sending me letters about paying them. I have now added them to my bankruptcy and will never return.

I were you near Summerwind? I remember the night with the gun shots and a man dying in the building next to mine. He was in an upstairs apartment too! I can't believe they told you that it did not happen. I still have the letters from the rent office for the last summer that I was over there, you know the ones where they told the residents that we were responsible for our own safety!
