My husband and I have lived here for 9 months and have finally had enough. We are moving out. Several times we have had maintenance problems that were not resolved. When we moved in the stove in our apt. was not working and we were told that they needed to replace a part. It took 2 WEEKS. Once the apartment above us flooded which flooded our bathroom and bedroom. Three hours later someone finally showed up to clean up the water but did nothing for the electrical damage or the stains on the walls and ceiling. After several calls someone else came out and place a lightbulb on the bathroom sink for us to replace. When we had our gas man out he informed us that the exhaust from the heater was being let out into our home becasue the apartments just wrapped tape around the tube instead of replacing it. Carbon monoxide can kill you! We recently had our neighbor inform us that he was robbed at gun point right in front of our apartment. There is NO security what so ever and the parking lot is barely lit. We do not feel safe or at home. There are also people who sit in their cars at all hours of the night blaring the radio. There are a lot of homeless people in this area that are always looking for a hand out as well. There are even children knocking on doors wanting money. Several stray animals roaming around. This has not been a good experience.
