I would not recommend this complex! It was impossible to get any peace and quiet since half the people that live there drive loud mustangs. Plus, Barrett Lakes Blvd is an extremely dangerous road, I saw accidents there at least once a month, three times I saw a car flipped over. The staff there is not overly friendly or accomodating. Many times, the gate wouldn't work and residents were stuck outside the complex. Cars would line up out into the street. I called maintenance and they did NOT go and fix it. It stayed the same. Also had a water leak in my storage room. They damaged my belongings while fixing it. Overall, I had a terrible experience there.
