So far so good. I have lived in many complex's, and usually have problems from repairs to bugs. So far, maintenance is very friendly and office people are too. My apartment is very bright and very clean. Parties they offer and sevices are good too, live free DVD rentals and social events. I would recommend if you want to meet people.
