Negative Comments:
After my roommates and I moved in the lesing agents still continued to show our apartment to potential leasees. Imagine that while you're at work an agent and complete strangers come into your home and look around! That made us very uncomfortable. After complaining they did stop, at least as far as we know. When our second lease was over we were charged lost gate and key fess. We turned everything in but that didn't matter since the agents lost the items. We were promised new carpet if we signed another lease but that never happened. After you leave you must still pay a prorated utilities bill...which is okay except that that bill was the most expensive one of all! Ladybugs...I hope that you enjoy ladybugs...because they're everywhere in the apartment. We never had much problem with other criters though. If you do choose to move to Amli @ Barrett Lakes then pick an apartment that doesn't face the always beautiful I 75. If you do you will be charged for the "view" (I'm not kidding)! Be weary of the leasing agents...they have mood swings. Sometimes they're helpful and sometimes ther're not.
Positive Comments:
Amli puts on many social events and has excellent amenities. The staff does make an effort to acknowledge your birthday which is nice. The parking situation is good at most of the complexs.
