I really enjoyed my first year at AMLI @ Barrett Lakes. The staff was wonderful, the grounds were kept nice, and if anything needed to be done in the apartment, they were right on it to fix it! When I moved into the second apartment, the leasing office told me....on my move in date, that the apartment wasn't ready, I would have to wait another week. I told them no, of course! The apartment was disgusting! The walls were nasty, the floors were ruined, the whole apartment was horrible. They EVENTUALLY fixed all the problems. Now, the gate is always open. Therefore, why are residents even paying for a gate card' The mailboxes were all broken into, and recently, half the community's cars were egged! The leasing office people are very rude, they act like they could care less about their residents. If I were you and you want to move to an AMLI property, move down the street to AMLI @ Barrett Walk.

Funny how you say that. I lived at Barrett Walk and have now moved to Barrett Lakes. You are saying to move to the other property down the street. They both have the same management.
