When we first moved here last year it was one of the nicest communities we've seen in Kennesaw. It was quiet and peaceful and we thought we had a nice community. WELL, that all changed when we have been bombarded by Kennesaw State University students. They are rude, loud, obnoxious and it is starting to look like dorms. They hang out on the balcony until 2 or 3 in the morning screaming, and shouting, they leave beer bottles and cans laying everywhere. The gate is never closed half the time. Then you have people parked on the side where the mail kiosk is waiting to get in so they tailgate in. Management does not care about that because it isn't one of their "most expensive properties" like Barrett Walk. The business center sucks, only three slow computers that teenagers and ksu students hog all day. The walls are thin so much that you can hear your neighbor pee and flush the toilet and I mean it literally. Every thump and bump seems like your ceiling is going to cave in. My neighbors above me are the worse; they have no respect for who is under them. Complaining to the rental office is like complaining to the government, you gets no action. They lease to any and everyone. As much as they raise the rent every year, they need to get better about how the tenants feel about their community.

My experience here has been exactly the same. We have called the police so many times to the partying college crowd that they don't even come half the time anymore. I guess they're sick of it because management doesn't address it.
