I love it here. I am not sure what the last guy was talking about with all the KSU students partying everynight, it seems if that were true he would call the police, not the office. The office can't discriminate against college students and not all college students are loud.
I wantd to let everyone know that my experience has been quite pleasant. The staff is great, the apartment is beautiful, maintenance is there the very next day, the grounds are GORGEOUS!! I am so happy with my decision to move here I am 2nd guessing even buying a home (which has been the plan for about 2 years) because I love it here so much. I have come home to dinner from the office waiting for me in my fridge, bags of candy on the door, phone calls to invite me to activities. They are AWESOME!!
It is apartment living so it's not perfect, but it's the closest thing I've found in my 8 years of apartment living so far.
LIVE HERE!!! YOU'LL LOVE IT!!
