I moved in July 2006 and have been very pleased ever since. Maintenance fixes things very quickly and everyone in the leasing office is always friendly and helpful! They even fix things without being asked. I requested that a lightbulb be replaced in the living room ceiling fan and hadn't gotten around to buying lightbulbs for the one in my bedroom that I purchased. I came home to find they had put lightbulbs in it for me! This fan wasn't provided by Amli and purchased on my own. It's a little thing for them to do but left me very impressed with the quality of the people working with Amli. Hope this helps!
