The first trouble we have had was when we first moved in our apartment smelled of cat urine. We complained to the apartment that our apartment had a really strong odor, they replied with our carpets were new and replaced before we moved in. Finally my husband and I decided to lift up the carpet in the living room. We were horrified with what we saw. There was stains from cat urine under our carpet that had not been cleaned before the new one was laid down. It was yellow and disgusting. We were upset because we had a 6 month old at that time that had been crawling around on the floor. We immediately called the apartments and they had someone come in and pull up all the carpet. It was so disgusting, there was stains everywhere from the cat urine as well as cat feces. In the corners were piles of dead bugs, literally hundreds of them. Instead of cleaning everything up before the new carpet was placed, they just laid the carpet without cleaning it.

We have also had our ceiling leak in our kitchen on two different occasions, where our ceiling almost caved in. The second time it happened, the repair man said he couldn't come until the next morning even though it looked like the ceiling was about to collapse.

We also have tons of bugs like the other people on here complain about. Which in Georgia you expect some amount of bugs, but here it is over the top. We have found 4 scorpions in our apartment, one of them being in our son's room.

In the winter time, the insulation is poor and stays cold inside the apartment, especially by the windows.

When we first moved in a girl named Katie was in the office and I loved her. She was very helpful and always smiling. She always tried to make everything better. Since she has left the staff that I have encountered seems very cold and unfeeling.

All in all the we never had any theft or safety issues. The grounds are always beautiful. We had a couple noise issues with our neighbors, but we resolved it. It was nice being close to everything. It was not a bad complex to live in, but if I was able to chose again, I would not move here.

When we first moved in the complex it had a rating in the high 80% on here, since then it has gone down a lot as you can see. There is a reason for that. Think seriously about moving here, when you can rent a nice home for if not the same price, a little cheaper.
