Non-smokers BEWARE

I am currently living in this apartment complex. My neighbour is a heavy smoke and my apartment commonly reaks of cigarette smoke. I contacted the office about this and they said they are not a non-smoking complex and that there was no guarentee that my apartment wouldn't smell like smoke. They offered to move me to a new apartment in a month which no guarentee that apartments would be any better, or to let me out of my lease in 30 days. The smell was making me sick on a daily basis, so nither solution was really good. So I just wanted to let any non-smokers know to be very careful here.
