Cons
- Prices keep going up. If you're a college student it might be kind of pricey.
- Some bug issues (partly our fault, partly not)
- Pool is not heated and closes at 10 pm (they actually enforce it)
- The gate is always broken, but I preferred it that way.
- You usually have to call them several times about major repairs (if they're ordering spare parts or something) because they forget or get too busy.


Pros
- nice and spacious
- great location
- good neighborhood
- pool is opened year round
- if you have bugs, you can ask for pest control to come (every monday)(free)
- they are usually really good about minor repairs; depending on what it is, they're usually there that day or the next (unless they have to order spare parts)
- washers and dryers come WITH the apartment (which the apartment will fix if they're broken)
- garden tubs are nice
- they are willing to replace your appliances if they don't work (we got our oven replaced and our dryer)
- staff was always great and helpful; very nice
