When I first signed the lease here I could not wait to move in. The first thing I noticed when moving in was the large number of college students living in the complex, which I myself as one, I was looking very forward to meeting other students. This was not the case at all, which it was likely luck of the draw, but from my personal experiance here it was terrible. Me and my one other room mate got placed in a building with low class, very rude people. Right above us was a family of FIVE living in a two bedroom apartment, which I wouldnt have had a problem with except for the paper thing ceilings that we could here every step they made. Which really got anoying when they would all do what seemed like jumping jacks at 5 AM EVERY stinkin day. Not only that but at every chance they got they would call Cobb County police on us, keeping in mind that at the time they did the only thing we were doing was watching college football at ten at night. We never had parties or made obscene noise either. This not only made me and my roommate mad, but it made the cops mad for wasting their time. As soon as you sign the lease the whole office could care less about you, which I could live with if the price was right on the apartments, but there are so many other nicer places to live in the area for less. The only thing I enjoyed about living here is the location, but I can think of atleast 20 other places I would rather live in the area. I am counting down the days until my lease is up!
