I am confused by the negative reviews of this community based on bugs'' We live in GA people. There have been bugs at all the complexes I have lived at INCLUDING the house I rented for a year (only they didn't offer me pest control every week). I have lived here now for a year and a half and am very happy. I will definatly re-sign at my renewal time. For the most part all of my service requests are completed promptly and the office staff has been nothing but helpful and nice whenever I have had to go in for whatever reason. I agree that sometimes I have to call maintenance back over to fix something but it has to be hard to determine the problem every time on your first try especially with the appliances!! The office always has functions/parties that they offer to meet your neighbors(not that I really make it to many of them but it is nice to know that I can be involved at my community!). I think that for the most part this is a nice, quiet and beautiful community. I love all the trees and the landscaping (even though the trees do cause bugs) the staff is outgoing and helpful. I have recommended this community to several of my friends and co-workers and all of them love it as well (plus I get $500 for sending them) I am writing this reveiw because I went in to praise the staff on their hard work with an issue I had and they asked that I write a review on here with my experiences since most people only come on here to complain. I hope I have helped someone else to make a wise decision to live here!!!
