Due to my job promotion, I had to move to the ATl area from NY. My colleague recommended this apt complex to me who similiarly moved a year before I did. Additional to that, a new friend advised that she also lived in this complex was had nothing but good things to say about it. The staff was courteous at the time of my transition , and seemed to go out their way to correct the small inconveniences in the apt. I was torn between buying a house after my lease was up, but being unsure about the job market, I decided to stay another year in the apt. Downsizing, and moving did not present a challenge, but to be fair trying to nail down the move in date was a bit all over the place. This prevented me from organizing my move due to the apt not being ready. This is the only "hiccup" I have had since being here. The only other issue is that some tenants have aggressive dogs that per the lease are not allowed. I have even recommended others to this complex. Lastly, they management went above and beyond waiving a late payment fee due the post office miscue (I sent my payment while on vacation and did not arrive in time). These are the fine points about the staff. It seems to me that due to some turn-over, the staff now is top notch, and really does have the tenants best interest at heart. Great location. close to everything including Int-75. I recommend this facility highly.
