Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I have lived at AMLI at Barrett Walk since they finished construction in November 2002. I would highly recommend this apartment complex. The office staff is quick to respond to e-mails, etc, and they are friendly.
The location is also fabulous - right next to Barrett Parkway, within walking distance to a lot of shopping. Rent is reasonable.
Sometimes my neighbors have been a bit noisy, but a call to the leasing office sorted that out. They take noise complaints very seriously, which is quite nice.
On the whole, a great place to live, and I am going to resist the urge to buy a house unless they raise the rent to the point where it truly would make more sense to own. I just re-signed my lease for another year.
