I am not very pleased with the quality of the complex I live in and also the staff. When I moved in, and walked through a BRAND NEW apartment (the one I live in), the paint job in every wall is crappy, and all over the switch plates! There is overspray in the kitchen and the bathroom, and for the money I pay to live there, my apartment shouldn't look like it was slapped together by a 5 year old.
The staff is not very willing to assist you. I waited in the lobby for 15 minutes before someone even realized I was in there! There is a bell that rings when the door opens. I have a terrible time picking up packages. They don't inform you when you get a package! In my business I frequently get packages that I cannot track online, and they sit up there for sometimes TWO WEEKS!!! They don't seem to care. Parking is terrible, there are so many vistors at my building all the time, I have to hike over a planter (which is an injury hazard) just to get into my apartment. I get solicitors at my door at least 2 times a month, which is not permitted in the community in the first place.
For the amount of money I pay I don't think it's right to charge me when I wash and vacuum my car. When my lease is up, I am definitely getting out of there! The only good thing about the place is the location, fitness center, and pool.
