I love it here! I love the staff, my apartment, location, amenities, everything. I read a few peoples compaints about getting voicemail when you call the office. I will have to agree it can be difficult to get ahold of someone on the first try, but I always leave a message and I always get a call back the same day. The property stays completely full most of the time so I'm sure the girls in the office are quite busy with customers who are actually coming in.

Work orders are usually done the same day, the grounds are immaculate, the staff is alwasy friendly and they constantly do things for us...gifts to our door, cookie on your birthday, holiday parties, free DVD rentals, etc.
