I've lived here for almost 3 years. The place is in a definite decline. The staff is usually great, when they are in (if they are showing new tenants around, have a seat & wait, they don't need to impress you anymore). Parking is an absolute nightmare. Even the handicapped spot is always taken, tired of parking 2 buildings over, especially at night. Upstairs neighbors are noisier than I ever believed possible, took 3 trips to the office to get them to do anything about it.
Wish they were a little pickier on who they allowed to live there, if I wanted to live around thugs & trashy people, I could do it much cheaper elsewhere. Didn't have messy, rude people to deal with when I moved in 3 years ago. Not sure if I will be renewing or not.

I don't know what thugs or trashy people this person is talking about but the neighborhood is nice besides the fact that the chevrolet dealership across the street has a concert that plays their music extremely loud every weekend. People complain a lot about their neighbors making a lot of noise (which I understand) but get a house. This is a great apartment complex that you'll definitely pay for.
