I have lived at Amli for less than a year. My renewal is about to come around and I have received a note the DAY OF TIME TO GIVE NOTICE OF RENEWAL that my rent is going to increase by $80 for a 13-month lease. If I select a 12-month lease, it will be an increase of $90. When I contacted the leasing office to inquire, they advised that they gave a significant increase based on the market. They have no interest in keeping good tenants, only that of making money. AMLI AS A COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT IT'S RESIDENTS...ONLY THE DOLLAR!
