These apartments are the biggest rip off I ever lived in. Pay way to much for a cookie cutter apartment. I found cheaper apts in kennesaw off Busbee closer to school and they are bigger. I was trapped to sign another year lease or I would have to pay a month to month amount which is ten times more. Past 6 months there were 2 break-ins one in a apartment and the other were in cars. The people in the leasing office are not that friendly or understanding. These people will rape you out of your money. I WOULD not recommend these apartments, It is not worth it unless you want to get fees for using the bathroom the wrong way. After this year I am out of here!

Trying to understand how do you get trapped into signing a new lease. Just give your notice and move out. Sounds to me like revenge you moved in there in 2006, but you waited until Sept 07 to post a comment and you are staying another year giving these cookie cutter,rip-off,rude people more of your money. Ummm!!!!
