I have lived here for over 5 years, and I have had enough. They just don't care. It is probably because Amli does not want to pay much for their staff, which explains why they all look like the age of students, and don't give a crap. It does'nt matter if you are a long time good tennant who has never been late on a payment, or a loud partying student who excels in tardiness. They do not budge for anything. If you have to fly out of town because of a funeral, they don't care the hotshots will will still hold you to a late fee. They all have their noses in the air. come on' They had one guy who was so high on himself, he wore a suit all the time in 90 degree weather, like he was in mergers, and aquistions, or something. Over the years, both amli's have declined in the ratings. It is too expensive, and the layouts are terrible. Most of the living rooms, are only big enough for a tv, and couch.

Sounds like a personal issue with you not wanting to pay late fees. I have been here 4yrs and I love it they even waived my late fees once, but I'm sure they can't do that everytime someone has a personal problem they are trying to run a business and you must have liked something you stayed for 5yrs.
