Another report of break-ins! That's three in the last three months'! Today I received on my door another letter from the management advising of two, yes two recent break-ins. I was one person who's apartment was also broke into this past July and agree with prior reviews that the management staff response and stance is more than weak. Alright so even if the police advised county wide break-ins have increased the lack of any action to provide greater security features to the property is sad. Instead of having hot dogs and italian dinners at the pool let's have some camera's put in at the gate, or maybea security company to patrol the grounds. I have been here for two years and do not plan on reneweing my lease again. Look elsewhere and be sure to investigate the safety of the complex on your own.

This is so on the money as far as a review. I have never seen such a lackluster response towards either security or customer response in my life. These people (Management) will tell you one thing then do nothing at all. No motivation, no accountability and not accountability ... hell, it is like they work for the Federal Government.

Sounds like these were related break-ins by the same people that the cops finally caught. This can happen anywhere in any neighborhood, especially if it's somewhat upscale looking. So you get a gun & a sect'y alarm system & report anything suspicious to the cops. Don't leave anything valuable in your car & install better locks. Mngt can only do so much to stop this sort of thing. Such break-ins will increase everywhere now that the economy sucks, so don't blame it on the mgnt.
