I am currently living here and have been living her for since June 2009. I have had nothing but positive experiences. The leasing agents have all gone beyond expectations with customer service and so has maintenance. They installed all the things I've bought like ceiling fans and shower heads, etc. and have always been quick to fix any problems I have had. The comple has only been built for 6 years and there is no gas, it's all electric so I save a lot of money on utilities. They even helped me find a great deal on cable services etc. I would reccomend this complex to anyone.
