Too many college kids live here, so it is very noisy at night. It's very hard to get a good nights sleep. Staff takes too long to respond and maintenance does not know how to do their job. Fitness center has broken useless equipment. Laundry room is not air conditioned and is always filthy. In general the place is run down by people who don't care about the property. Turnover is also very high!
