I have been constantly disappointed with the Bridges. Overall my experience has been nothing but a disappointment. It seems that it is one thing after another and management dragging their feet about any complaint made. Also, people just throw their trash out their car window at any time...alot of times broken glass or dirty diapers...you never know what you will find in the road! (Oh, and lots of condom wrappers, with used condom) I cannot wait to move out! I don't enjoy worrying that my car will be vandalized or that my apartment will be broken into. I noticed a note from the property manager on my neighbors door about a recent break-in. They didn't even put a note on everyones door!! That was the only door in my building that had a note. It's good to know they keep everyone aware of whats going on. If you want to feel safe then this place is not for you. I don't even like going to my car late at night. Once again, I do not recommend. I will say though, prices are low compared to other apartments in the area. A lesson learned: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!

I don't know where you're living, but I have lived here for 2 years and my experience here has been excellent! I have had no problems with the management. I made 1 complaint and it was resolved immediately. Everywhere you go, you will find trash thrown around, but it's not the "bridges" fault. I always see the groundskeeper out picking up and cleaning up. I just don't understand why whenever people have bad experiences they try to go above and beyond to slander. This is bull ....! And it is NOT cheap. It is worth the money. (Try the crescent at windy hill; it may be up your alley.) This is a safe place and I am proud to call it home.

To mimigilbert. We have rented for 24 years. It all depends on which building you live in. Mr or Ms. Anonymous's complaints are very legitimate. You may not have as much of a problem in your building, but he or she obviously does. In the past 3 years this whole area of Cobb county has become filled with uneducated, aggressive, rude, hateful folks who are just a few steps above being placed in jail. This includes the juveniles as well as the adults. If you don't believe this ,you need only to read other apartment reviews for this area. They all contain about 70% negative, legitimate complaints. Three years ago
this area of Cobb county was a wonderful place to live. This has ended. At my apartment complex
we have cops at all hours of the night, ambulances, fire trucks, etc.

To Samantha03srs, Crime is a problem, and so are bad experiences. I have to ask (as a well-educated health professional), Why are you still renting after 24 years? It's obvious, as someone who knows so much about uneducated, rude, and hateful people (don't forget the juvies), that you should realize you are not gaining anything, but, just throwing your money away... and while mimigilbert should be focusing on the "bad things about the bridges", you should be deciding which of these "unsafe" apartment communities you will be spending your next 24 years at(and not to mention all the hard-earned $ you will be donating them). Oh, have you counted up the cost? or, does the statistics tell you? You do the math. I live in an okay place, and things are different everywhere you go apartment, house, townhouse, wherever, and you ARE entitled to your own opinion, and so is she.
