If I wrote this review 6 months ago, it would have been very different, but in the last month or so since the new management came in, I have seen alot of changes. Previously, service requests were only made after numerous calls to the office. Last week I had two service requests completed in the same afternoon that I hade called in for them! I have also seen alot of the 'riff-raff' evicted since they came. I am really impressed with the new management and plan to stay for a long time.
