I have lived here for a year. I have had to complain about RATS and bugs since I moved in. They do not fix anything in a reasonable time. My roommates and I were without heat for about 2 months and without AC for about 2 months. We have had many problems with out place falling apart. The neighbors are nice enough but they are very noisy and you can pretty much hear through the walls. I cannot wait to move out! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Rats? Filth and Dirt attract rats? Did you guys even clean? Just curious...

It is not necessarily filth and/or dirt attracting the rats. They look for a place to go when it's cold outside so they can get warm, they happen to find food in an apartment and decide to stay.
