These are nice apartments at a reasonable price. You will not find rats unless you live in filth and attract rats, and thats the same for bugs! Maintenance is slow but look how many apartments they have to do repairs on! The floorplans are spacious and although some have ugly wallpaper, they are pretty. We cannot hear our neighbors through the walls unless they are thumping down the stairs which is no more than once or twice a day. We never hear the people above us either. We have also not had ANY complaints about how loud our tv's surround sound is so im assuming the walls are extremely soundproof since we watch movies on it daily. There is a decent amount of parking spaces but if you get home after about 10:00pm you may have to park further down from your building. The landscape is beautiful and has 2 nice pools but only one is open most of the time. The bad thing about the office staff is that they tell you what you want to hear but do not always follow through. You are better off going up there and talking to them in person instead of calling. The grounds are very safe and being a female that is very important! You will not find people roaming the streets either! i would definitely recommend these apartments!!!
