I have lived at Summit Shiloh for a few months now and I absoultely love it. It is located far enough from the interstate and busy highways to be a quiet neighborhood. The staff in the leasing office are extrememly friendly and willing to go out of their way to make things happen quickly. The landscaping here is beautiful; however, if you like sleeping during the day, I'd recommend not living here. They do whatever it takes to keep the grounds neatly maintained between the hours of 10 and 5, even if it's really obnoxious. At night, all of my neighbors are really quiet, and nobody drives through the parking lot with loud cars or radios. Although a few college-aged kids live here, they aren't wild with parties or anything. If they are, there is a live in cop who takes calls in the middle of the night if there is a noise complaint. The reason I picked this apartment complex is because of the security gate. Unlike other apartment complexes, the gate at this one is closed all hours of the day, not just at night. The pool, gym, and grills are also nice amenities. I'd recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a nice place to live.
