My roommate and I spent a lot of time researching other apartments in the area. As KSU students (as well as holding down full timel local jobs), we discovered this to literally be the best price (per square foot of space) in the area. The layout of the apartment is great, and the neighbors are nice too. The children do have a habit of ruinning your Saturday morning slumber with noise and "banging" in the stairwells (especially when school is out).

Maintainence is quick to respond and things are very clean and well kept. The community garbage bin can sometimes overfill and lets off terrible odors (warning if you want to move in around this wonderful amenity).

All in all, I only have one complaint about this property. One of the Sales Reps in the front office is totally incompetent. Ally and Jenni are very nice and accomodating, but everytime I report a problem to the "other" rep (or make payments for that matter) it is not handled in an appropriate and timely manner, often resulting in accounting disputes. If you want good and quick service (and help with rental deals), speak with Ally or Jenni. They rock!

I highly recommend this community, and have just spent two weeks researching a relocation at the end of this lease period. If I am offered a fair deal for my renewal, I will certainly stay!
