I have lived at Summitt for over a year and think the apartment is very modern and attractive. I have had few maintenance issues and the guys handling it were great. I love the movie by the pool. I can hear everytime the small guy above me moves but that is apartment living. I was surprised to get an invitation to stay for more money when I think I should be encouraged to stay by lower rent. One big advantage is feeling safe at home which I always have. I would recommend it to others.
