this place is awful! floor plan is nice, didn't have to pay a deposit, parking is terrible-if you leave when you come back you better like walkin' cuz you won't find a spot close to your building, jerks take up 2 parking spots and they have the crappiest cars, they expect you to not make ANY noise at all, 3 junk cars in parking lot leasing office won't do anything about them, people don't pick up their dog's ---- (I have 2 dogs and I DO scoop-as much as I hate it-yuck!), have had things stolen and leasing office didn't care, you have to have BellSouth Entertainment for cable (satellites are allowed) because complex signed a 10 year contract with them-why are you punishing me'-I didn't sign a contract, too many college students, not a place for a family to live, high vacancy rate so I can't really say anything about the noise level, can feel the air coming in around windows and electrical outlets, maintenance is pretty good...so far
