first off I am NOT the only one that has a problem with the manager here! if you read the other reviews you would know that-also I never wrote anything to the effect of her make-up or boobs

second-the vacancy rate is 10% which for a complex this small is pretty bad-so I don't know if you're looking to move into a bigger apartment or what, but in building 3 there are 3 available units, there are SEVERAL 2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms available as well

third-if I had known this many college students lived here I never would have moved my family here-I'm not looking for peace and quiet-I have lived in an apartment before and know that you will hear things, but having to listen to all the loud mufflers and exhaust systems on cars all night is ridiculous...most of the time those things don't even have any effect on the car's horsepower they just make noise and those that drive cars with them on there think they sound good

also about the pet deposit thing did you honestly move here just because it has the lowest pet deposit' if so that's pretty dumb

and yippee for you because you have a job downtown...I used to work in Buckhead, but now stay home with my kids...glad it's you and not me sitting in rush hour traffic

but in the end I probably am older than you, been married 4 times longer than you and have experienced more things in life and am not afraid to be honest about all the good or bad things that go on where I live and could really care less about what you or anyone else thinks
