Been living there for 2 years and have only had 1 problem- people living above us had dog and were never home... meaning the dog was home alone barking at crazy hours. 1 complaint to the leasing office and it all stopped the next day. The leasing staff is always nice and willing to help. Seriously recommended for anyone who doesn't mind sort of a younger crowd. I'm a young professional and don't mind being surrounded by other 18-30 year olds. And for those of you complaining about it being college kids, it's 1 damn mile from a huge university!!!
